I was in between a 4 and a 5 star review, but the excellent customer service of Chiko swayed my decision to the higher ranking. The signature looks nice, the video is very helpful. The only caveat is the worksheet, I would have expected step by step instructions including where to beginn with the letters. Overall absolutely recommended!
